Whenever HOT Websites works on a project, we log the date, start time and finish time of the task(s) completed. This way a complete record of the services provided is kept making our transparent as possible.
We’ll keep you updated on the amount of time used. If a task is liable to exceed the three hour limit we’ll inform you before commencing work. Even if it does go overtime, we don’t mind donating an extra 10 or 20 minutes to get the job done.
